Lunch Program
Welcome to the Mason Prep Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) lunch information page. The lunch program at Mason Prep is run by our PTO and parent volunteers. The PTO contracts with a variety of vendors in the Charleston area to provide healthy, tasty and affordable meals for our children during the school year. We have used such vendors as Chick-fil-A, Jason's Deli, Pizza Hut, and Iacofano's. Our menus contain sandwiches, soups, chili, pasta, salads and more! The PTO charges parents the vendors' cost of the meal, plus a small surcharge to cover various expenses, such as website fees, lunch counter supplies, etc.
The PTO contracts with a 3rd party agency, which manages all the lunch ordering data through their web-based program. Parents place their children's lunch orders on a Mason Prep specific website that is monitored by the PTO lunch committee. Every month for a certain time period (typically 7 full days) the website is open to place orders for the upcoming month. Payment by electronic check is due when you order. The website is open for viewing 24 hours a day seven days a week. You can visit the website to check your account balance, view and print your order for the month, or make any changes to your personal account. If you have a problem or question about your account, you can submit a trouble ticket for fast resolution.
