How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in applying to Mason Prep. We look forward to the opportunity to meet your family and for you to meet ours through the application process.

Becoming a Knight - 5 Easy Steps

  • Inquire

    Contact our Admissions office to start the conversation.
  • Visit

    Attend an Open House and/or come for a private tour.
  • Apply

    Complete our application and submit accompanying documents. Email us to get started.
  • Test

    Join us for a testing or observation date.
  • Enroll

    Upon receipt of an acceptance letter, return the enrollment contract to let us know you will be joining the Mason Prep family!

To begin the process, simply contact our Admissions office by phone or email (see below) or by submitting an online inquiry. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and send you our information.

Visit

The best way to determine if Mason Prep is the right school for your student and family is to visit. We offer several ways to come and get better acquainted with our school. In addition to visiting in person, you can also take our virtual tour.

  • Open House

    Focus on the Foundation | Sunday, November 5, 2023
    Families with rising kindergarteners and first graders: Meet our fantastic teachers, tour the school, experience a classroom, and see why Mason Prep is such a special place.

    Parents of rising 2nd-8th graders, we would love to have you join us for a private tour so we can show you our classes in action.
  • Personal Tour

    During a visit to Mason Prep, you will tour the campus, observe our classrooms in action, and meet potential teachers. You can request a tour here.
  • Shadow Days

    For grades 2-8, our shadow days let prospective students experience a day at Mason Prep. Please contact admissions for more information.

Apply

Fill out an online application. In order to access our online system, you will receive login information from the Admissions office. Applications include an application form, academic transcript, and teacher/school recommendations. The online application process will walk you through how to gather and submit these items.

Test

Applicants for grades 1-8 typically take an entrance test, and we host classroom observations for our Pre-K and kindergarten applicants. You can read our Q&A about why we have testing and observations, and what is involved with each.

Enroll

Upon receiving a letter of acceptance, return the admissions contract to the Admissions office.
