Ways to Give

There are many ways to include the Mason Prep Foundation in your giving. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your plans and ways to optimize the impact of your gift.

    Checks should be made payable to the Mason Prep Foundation and may be sent to Mason Prep School, 56 Halsey Blvd., Charleston, SC 29401
  • Credit Card

  • Venmo

  • Matching Gifts

    Many companies offer matching gift programs that will significantly increase a donation. Check with your employer for instructions on how to initiate a matching gift.
  • Stocks & Securities

    You may give to the Mason Prep Foundation via the sale of stocks and bonds. These transactions are initiated through your accountant or financial advisor.
  • Planned Gifts

    Including the Mason Prep Foundation in your planned giving may help you reach your philanthropic goals and maximize the impact of your gift. Consult your financial advisor to find out more about opportunities such as bequests, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, and charitable gift annuities.
  • Gifts in Kind

    Gifts of services and products can also support the school.
  • Personal Property

    Personal property may be donated to Mason Prep after having been reviewed per Mason Prep’s policy regarding donations of property.
  • South Carolina Tax Credit Program

    The Educational Credit for Exceptional Needs Children (ECENC) program permits South Carolina taxpayers to donate up to 60% of their state income tax liability to benefit K-12 special needs scholarship grants. Individual and corporate taxpayers may claim not only a charitable deduction on their Federal tax return, but also receive a 100% “dollar-for-dollar” tax credit on their South Carolina income tax return.
