Tuition & Financial Aid

the value of a Mason Prep education

It’s not just the experiences your child has today; it’s about who they will become tomorrow.

When looking for the right school for your child, of course you want a strong academic foundation, but a well-rounded education is about more than academics - it’s about your child developing the skills, maturity, and strength of character that will stay with them for life. That’s the true value of a Mason Prep education.

The Mason Prep Difference Is Personal.

We Believe…students thrive when they feel connected to their school and valued by their community.
You’ll See It In…Castles, strong teacher-student relationships, open parent communication, and school traditions that bring students together.

How much is the cost of tuition?

As you search for the right school for your child, we encourage you to ask questions about tuition, financial aid, payment plans, or anything else that comes to mind. Our admissions team is here to help you through this process so that you can make the best decision for your child’s future.

Affording Mason Prep

We realize that sending your child to an independent school requires a great financial commitment, and we deeply appreciate our parents placing their trust in Mason Prep for their children's education. Our administration and Board of Trustees are committed to maintaining Mason Prep’s affordability for our current families and to making Mason Prep more accessible to new families.

Payment Plans

Mason Prep offers three options for paying tuition:

  • One-time payment | full tuition
  • Two-time payment plan | semi-annual payments*
  • Ten-payment plan | June-April*

* A tuition assurance fee is applied to multi-payment plans. Tuition assurance reduces or eliminates a family's tuition obligation if a student leaves the school mid-year.

Financial Aid

Mason Prep offers financial assistance to our families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Mason Prep uses Clarity Financial Aid to manage the application process in a fair, consistent, and confidential manner. Families applying for Financial Aid should:

  1. Contact our admissions office for instructions on accessing the Clarity application site.
  2. On the Clarity site, you will enter your financial information and then review and submit your application.
  3. Financial aid applications are due in February, prior to the beginning of the upcoming school year.

The gift of education is the greatest gift a parent can give to their child. Sending our kids to Mason Prep is by far the best decision we have ever made.
