A school of readers
Mason Prep is a school of readers, and a love of reading is something Mason Prep works very hard to develop in our students.
For kindergarten through fifth grades, each homeroom visits the Library once per week to learn media literacy skills. 6th- 8th graders may come to the Library throughout the day for individual checkouts and research.
A popular spot
The Library houses a vast collection of books as well as a variety of databases, periodicals, and non-printed resources. Students and faculty can access the library catalog from anywhere in the school for research.
Other activities sponsored by the library include:
- the in-school television program (KNI-TV)
- author visits
- the Accelerated Reader Program
- and more!
