More Than a School Day

At Mason Prep, learning doesn’t stop when students leave the classroom, it comes to life in all the moments beyond it. From leadership opportunities and team sports to service projects and school traditions, students are encouraged to get involved, try new things, and discover what they love. These experiences help build confidence, character, and a strong sense of community while making school a whole lot of fun along the way.

Community Service

Students roll up their sleeves and make a difference, whether that’s third graders reading to the residents at Bishop Gadsden or fourth graders designing their own fundraisers to support Lowcountry Orphan Relief. Students truly connect with our community and see how even small actions can have a big impact.

Athletics

From first skills to team play, our athletics program helps students discover the joy of being active. With opportunities to try team sports like volleyball, basketball, and tennis, students build confidence, learn teamwork, and have a lot of fun along the way.

Leadership

City Council

Our students don’t just learn about leadership, they practice it. Through City Council, students run for office, vote in elections, and help shape school life. It’s a hands-on way to build confidence, responsibility, and a sense of ownership in their community.

After-School Programs

The fun doesn’t stop when the school day ends! Students can stay for Extended Day to finish homework and enjoy time outside, or jump into activities like pickleball, dance, chess, soccer, and more. There’s something for everyone to explore.
